A. Grab the upper straps and press inward to your sides with your elbows for support and control. Q. Are there any clothes NOT recommended during recovery and rehab?
A. Yes. Any shirt that must go on over your head and requires reaching and pulling of the arms/chest. It is best to stick to button up clothing during your healing process in order to limit your range of motion.
